New Patient Health Check

If you have recently registered to practice we would like to invite you in to have a New patient Check with one of our Health Care Assistance's.
  • Please be aware that you will only get a routine doctors appointment once you have had a New Patient Check.
  • The New Patient Check appointment has been designed with patients in mind - it ensures that the GP has the most current and up to date information on your care.
Please be advised that it can take up to several weeks before we receive your medical records, therefore if you are on any current medication and need a repeat prescription we ask that you contact your previous GP for a printout of your current repeat medications.
