NHS population screening: information leaflet for transgender and non-binary people:

NHS Screening Programmes

 There is a new PHE patient information leaflet ‘for trans people NHS Screening Programmes’.   This leaflet should be made available to trans and non-binary people to inform them about the:-

  • cervical screening
  • breast screening
  • abdominal aortic aneurysm screening
  • bowel screening

You can download and print off hard copies as required. You can print this document in booklet form if your computer has that option.

Named accountable GP

Named Accountable GP for all patients


From 1 April 2015, practices are required under the GMS contract, to allocate a named accountable GP to all patients, including children.  All patients registered before 1 April 2015 will be allocated a GP before the end of June 2015.

Please ask the reception staff or your doctor for the name of your accountable GP.  If you wish for the GP that you have been allocated to be changed, please contact the Practice and we will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

All new patients registering after 1 April 2015 will be informed about their named GP at registration.

Please note: You can still make an appointment to see any doctor in the practice.
