NHS population screening: information leaflet for transgender and non-binary people:

NHS Screening Programmes

 There is a new PHE patient information leaflet ‘for trans people NHS Screening Programmes’.   This leaflet should be made available to trans and non-binary people to inform them about the:-

  • cervical screening
  • breast screening
  • abdominal aortic aneurysm screening
  • bowel screening

You can download and print off hard copies as required. You can print this document in booklet form if your computer has that option.

Medical Students

We are a teaching practice and from time to time teach medical students during their training. This training may involve students being present during consultations, or your consultation may be filmed. Your permission will always be sought. If you do not wish to have a student present in your consultation or to be filmed please inform reception, this will not affect your treatment in any way.


Registrar doctor:

The Practice is a friendly, dynamic, innovative and well organised practice with 4 Partners. We are a university linked training practice commited to undergraduate and post graduate teaching.

Registrars and FY2's are fully qualified doctors who are training to be a GP. They usually spend 12 months at the practice and their work is supervised by their GP trainer. Our GP trainers are: Dr Nisha Patel and Dr Juliet Brown.
